14 Best Pre- & Post-Workout Snacks

You've laced up your sneakers, stretched your legs, and you're ready to feel the burn. Or, maybe you've just completed your workout, are sweating profusely, and are stumbling to the shower. Either way, a pre- and post-workout snack that offers the right balance of nutrients can help satisfy hunger, help you go the distance, and repair muscle tissues.
